The Right to Health and Limitations of Its Realization

The nature of legal restrictions of human rights in the sphere of health
protection is analyzed. European standards for the limitation of human rights
are given. Formulated publicity interest in the sphere of health protection as a
support for the population and the sovereignty of the people of Ukraine. Subjects that are concerned with the interest, the names of the organs, the bodies of the local authorities and the persons concerned, the administrative authorities in the sphere of health. Types of restrictions on human rights related to the state of health and the failure to comply with the legal requirements are identified, such as: 1) caused by protection of the population against infectious diseases, 2) associated with a disorder of a person’s mental health, 3) associated with the abuse of an individual’s alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, as well as due to being under the influence of medications that reduce their attention and reaction speed, 4) associated with the state of health as a condition for occupying certain types of professional activity.
