Legal framework of accessible medical care in the conditions of sustainable development goals achieving

The article reveals the features of access to the medical care legalframework in the context of sustainable development goals achieving.Attention is focused on one of the key issues – the search for ways toensure the effectiveness of lawmaking in the healthcare sector in thecontext of globalization. The international law and national legislationin the field of medical care in the context of sustainable developmentgoals achieving are analyzed. It is concluded that sustainable devel-opment goals are the methodological basis for the legal regulation ofsocial relations in the health sector.
