THE SURROGACY LAWS IN AUSTRALIA: WHAT CAN BE USEFUL FOR UKRAINE

The main question of this article is the identification and
comparative analysis of legislative provisions of states and territories
of Australia that regulate the use of surrogacy. The particular impor-
tance lies in specifying those prohibitions and restrictions, who they
are applied to, and how they relate to the human right to procreation.
The comparison will be made with the laws of other countries and
legislative norms will be determined that will be useful for borrowing
into the legislative system of Ukraine.
